Bistec Recipe

Ingredients

This recipe requires cube steaks pounded to 1/4" thickness, adobo, garlic, white vinegar, corn oil, and 3 large, sliced onions.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl mix together vinegar, adobo, pepper, and orgeano.
  • Add steak and onions to the oil mixture, making sure everythign is combined.
  • Cover the mixing bowl and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onions, and the marinade to the pan, cover and cook, stirring occassionally.
  • Cook until the beef is cooked through and the onions are translucent.
