This recipe requires cube steaks pounded to 1/4" thickness, adobo, garlic, white vinegar, corn oil, and 3 large, sliced onions.
Preparation
In a large bowl mix together vinegar, adobo, pepper, and orgeano.
Add steak and onions to the oil mixture, making sure everythign is combined.
Cover the mixing bowl and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
